As you have seen in the recent episode of the ABC’s Australian Story, Mahboba’s Promise and its team, led by Sourosh Cina, our Vice President, were able to successfully evacuate 100 at-risk children from Afghanistan. This was a significant achievement, but it is important to remember that there are still countless families in Afghanistan who are facing a dire situation. Many are struggling with hunger, illness, and violence, with little to no access to essential services.
